“By the way Kiri, did you come here to recruit”

“Yes.

I heard that all the first years were gathered together, so I came to see if someone like you was among them.”

“Someone like me huh But Kiri, how much do you know about me I don’t think it’s good for the Guilds image if an A rank guilds submaster is recruiting me.”

In my mind everyone in the A rank guilds should have already ranked up to advanced class jobs.

For instance even though [Hero] is a rare job its still lower class, at the very least I’d have to rank up before they’d try to recruit me.

However I’d already figured out that in this world there isn’t anyone with an upper class job.

So I wanted to get a feel of what A rank guilds are like in the real [Dun-life].

“What are you talking about You’re the legendary [Hero], more over you have the talent and devotion from the legend.

Not to mention you were the fastest in History to clear the Tutorial dungeon, again the fastest in history to clear 2 of the low tier beginner dungeons and now I hear you want to advance to the intermediate Tier.”

It doesn’t seem to have come out yet that I’ve cleared the underground spring dungeon yet but it seems like rumors about me are spreading faster than I thought.

Kiri was still talking.

“Why would we not recruit such a amazing person”

Wow, is it really OK to praise me this much I’m happy but, how do I reply to this

“Oh actually, I already cleared the Underground spring dungeon and will be heading to the intermediate tier, Wildflower meadow dungeon tomorrow.”

Oops.

I couldn’t help it I was being praised! No one ever praised me for playing games in real life, they all looked at me like a no life.

It felt good to be praised.

“See, it’s unheard of for a student to move up to the intermediate tier beginner dungeons in just a week after enrollment.

It’s truly unfortunate that I couldn’t recruit you.”

Although she didn’t seem to mind and continued to praise me, it wasn’t until she praised another student with ‘hmm she’s not bad.’ That I realized why I was here.

“Kiri, is there anyone good here”

“Yeah, there’s someone that the other guild members were looking at, I was thinking of inviting them to the guild today.”

Oh I wondered why the submaster was here but it seemed like it was a final interview sort of thing.

“Its the tall boy there, he’s met the requirements for [Gladiator] but seems to be aiming for the [great fist Gladiator] job.”

[Gladiator] was a line of jobs that attacked using fists, their good at self buffs, self healing and even tanking.

Although as I expected the movement in the real [dun-life] is different I can’t tell if he’s good at all.

Although if he’s aiming for [Great fist Gladiator] he’s not going to make it.

If you want that job you have to train against monsters with your fists.

It’s usually recommended to select a lower job and train then change jobs to it.

“The [Great fist Gladiator] is especially rare so, I wish him luck.”

""

It seems that Kiri is honestly complementing others which made me feel really good.

And Gladiator boy seems to be a target for help, I might end up adding him to my own guild in the future.

After that Kiri told me about some promising first years, I told her I’d make it up to her but she said.

“Seniors are supposed to help their underclassmen.”

Although I still felt like I owed her so perhaps I’ll leak some useful information to her in the future.

After that I continued to study the students that Kiri pointed out deciding whether or not to add them to my guild.
